Yeni Bosna Metrobüs Pedestrian Overpass Bridges

The Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Yeni Bosna Metrobüs Pedestrian Overpass Bridges, implemented in the Yeni Bosna region, is a significant transportation project designed to facilitate daily life for residents through modern infrastructure solutions. Constructed by Örtaş Çelik using steel structures with a capacity of 700 tons, this project has been realized with advanced technology and high-quality standards.

The project consists of three main sections:

• A main bridge that is 135 meters long and 10 meters wide,
• A connection bridge that is 125 meters long and 5 meters wide,
• Ramps measuring 130 meters in length and 4 meters in width.

This design has been developed to ensure the safe and efficient flow of pedestrian traffic, offering both durability and aesthetic appeal.

The project aims to improve the integration of the regional public transportation system while enhancing accessibility for metrobüs users. In addition to regulating the dense pedestrian traffic in the area, the bridges provide long-term solutions in line with modern urban planning standards.
