Product Acceptance
During this process, it is determined whether the incoming materials are accepted or not. The materials are checked according to their type, quantity, dimensions and quality, and the necessary documents are examined.
Sandblasting
Sandblasting is used to clean and prepare metal surfaces. Then, a primer called shop primer is applied to the surfaces. This process protects the surface against corrosion and prepares it for subsequent processes.
Pre-production

Roof

Non-destructive testing is used to detect defects in materials. These tests may include methods such as ultrasonic, magnetic particle, penetrant or radiography.
Painting
It is the process of painting metal surfaces in the desired color. This process helps protect the surface and provide an aesthetic appearance.
Quality Control
Quality control processes are carried out meticulously to ensure that products comply with quality standards. By performing checks at every stage of production, error-free and high-quality products are obtained.
Shipment
It is the process of packaging and shipping the completed products. Preparations are made for delivery to the customer and logistics processes are managed.
